some good reading material

I’m back to work today and the return to office drudgery is as painful as I expected. A slight ray of sunshine to hang onto is picking up this months copy of @MensRunningUK. If like me you’re new to running and don’t have access to a personal trainer or a degree in sports science then I highly recommend it. It’s full of great training and nutrition tips whilst also containing more indepth articles and interviews that I personally find a bit of a boost when motivation and inspiration are lacking. The team behind the magazine are also fairly active on twitter and a good bunch. For those without balls they have a sister magazine called women’s running. Grab it while its hot!
