You wake up and you ache all over from the previous couple of days training. Your legs feel like lead weights and the simplest of movements (like walking to the kitchen) is slow and heavy. There is a dull throbbing across your shoulders but rather than crave rest all you really wanna do…what will really make you feel good is putting on your training shoes…picking a new route and RUNNING.
Thats how I feel this morning. I know that would be silly though. rest is as important as exercise and today is a rest day (well a bus ride to work and mundane-ness) but part of me wants to rip free and go running. tis good for the soul.
and yes i'm addicted. :0)
